Join us for our first LiSA All Hands Meeting of the renewal program, gathering researchers from all six partner institutions for three days of vibrant discussion in Pasadena.

Poster Presentations

AHM will include two poster sessions and all student, postdocs, and technical staff are asked to participate by leading a poster presentation highlighting their research.

Meeting Location

The meeting will be held on Caltech’s campus [meeting map] [interactive map] [pdf map] Please see the detailed agenda for specific building and room numbers. All plenary adn poster sessions will be in the Resnick Sustainability Center (RSC, Bldg #19). Breakout sessions will be in RSC and Schlinger (Bldg #20). Breakfast will be available in RSC outside the meeting room. Other meals will be in Bechtel Residence (Bldg #14), Dabney Hall (Bldg #30), and Jorgensen Lobby (#80).

*Luggage and personal items can be stored in a nearby RSC meeting room.

Lodging

A room block has been arranged with The Westin Pasadena. Check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 PM, and daily parking is $28.

Transportation

Please arrange your own transportation to Pasadena. Your site operations admin support can assist with logistics.

Daily transportation to and from Caltech can be arranged through The Westin Pasadena (see lodging details above), or personally through rideshare services (Uber, Lyft, etc.). If you require a parking pass, please contact Tiffani Walker.
