Join us for our annual LiSA All Hands Meeting, gathering researchers from all six partner institutions for three days of vibrant discussion in Pasadena!
Registration
ALL LiSA personnel are expected to attend All Hands. Please contact the Operations staff at your institution if you still need to register.
If you are unable to attend (fully or partially) due to a conflict that cannot be rescheduled, make sure you notify your institution's Operations staff at your earliest convenience.

Poster Presentations
Please register your posters here and upload to the drive by Monday, October 12. It is critical to BOTH register AND upload your poster so that we have the details needed to schedule the poster sessions (i.e. goals, titles, etc.). Uploads should include both PPT and PDF files.
If you selected that you will NOT present a poster on your AHM registration form and have not contacted Tiffani Walker yet, please do so immediately.
Everyone has the option to have their poster printed at Caltech, but if you would like to individually transport your poster, please make sure to notify Tiffani Walker and contact the Operations staff at your institution to arrange for printing.
Meeting Location
The meeting will be held on Caltech’s campus at the Resnick Sustainability Center (RSC, Bldg #19) [meeting map] [interactive map] [pdf map]. Please stay tuned for a detailed agenda and map with specific building and room locations coming soon.
*Luggage and personal items can be stored in a nearby RSC meeting room.

Lodging
Please contact your site's Operations staff for assistance with lodging and other travel details.
Transportation
Please arrange for your own travel to Pasadena as well as daily transportation to and from Caltech. Your site’s Operations staff can assist with travel logistics.
